Surveys

Donor Family Services sends out donor family surveys within six months of donation. These surveys help LifePoint identify strengths and weaknesses in the donation process. We use the results of the surveys to establish better programs and services for our families.

We also send surveys to those who decided not to donate. The results help us understand why families do not donate and how we can better approach and present the choices of donation.
