Coping

There may come a time when you will feel the need to talk to someone regarding your loss. You may find yourself having difficulty coping with life, i.e., trouble sleeping, eating or concentrating. These symptoms may be an indicator that you need a little extra support.

We want you to know there are resources available to you and you should not have to bear this burden alone. If you need some assistance, please contact LifePoint Donor Family Services at 1.800.462.0755. Below is a list of other sources of support.

- Your church pastor
- Your friends and family
- Chaplains at your local hospitals
- Your physician
- Mental health professionals
- Local hospice organizations
- College/university counseling services (sometimes free to the public)
