LifePoint strives to raise public awareness about the tremendous need for more organ and tissue donors. With the assistance of our dedicated staff and volunteers throughout the state, we participate in health fairs, athletic events, civic meetings, and events at other educational venues.

Proceeds from LifePoint events help:

• fund awareness activities about the need for more organ and tissue donors
• promote the South Carolina Organ and Tissue Donor Registry
• support commemorative programs for families of donors who have given the gift of life

Our 5K/2K race just keeps getting bigger and better, so mark your calendar now and be part of the fun in 2012. Watch this site for registration details and plan to join us again or for your first time. Everyone is welcome - serious runners and leisurely walkers, donor families and transplant recipients. It's a great way to show your support for saving lives through organ and tissue donation.
